ElderCare Solutions started at Little Flower in 2008 to assist working caregivers in dealing with their older family members. It is well recognized that the difficulties of trying to juggle work, family and caregiving responsibilities results in a very stressed and unproductive employee.
Our mission is to provide support and education to these employees as they handle issues that have a long-term impact on their lives.
Services for Employers and Employees
The program is offered to businesses and nonprofits for a small fee, paid by the employer, which then allows the employee to have access to a variety of services designed to help with caregiving needs.
