Bianca Buckridee leads Marketing for Amazon’s Machine Learning Solutions Lab. She is responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy for a team of 150+ data scientists, strategists, and engineers helping Amazon’s largest customers looking to solve real-world business challenges with machine learning.
Previously, Buckridee worked for Blue Yonder, BMC Software, The Thomas and Stacey Siebel Foundation, Sprinklr, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Truist Bank (fka SunTrust) in progressively responsible customer service operations and product marketing roles. She is best known for pioneering the new field of social customer service and has built the operational and technological model for businesses to interact with customers via social media.
She’s also taught kindergarten and third grade proving there is no challenge she won’t accept!
