Michelle Segretto, LMSW, BCBA, LBA
Vice President, Residential Services for the Residential Treatment Center
Michelle Segretto joined Little Flower in September 2008 as an Administrator on Duty in the Residential Treatment Center (RTC). She then transitioned to a Foster Care Supervisor in Brooklyn, eventually returning to the RTC to supervise the Infirmary and assist with program design and implementation of specialized programs for children diagnosed as Developmentally Delayed or on the Autism Spectrum. In September 2016, Michelle joined the Senior Executive Council as the Vice President of Residential Services for the RTC.
Michelle earned a B.S. in Psychology from SUNY Stony Brook, a MSW from Adelphi University, and a re- specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst within New York State.
