Foster Care

Health and Wellness
Little Flower’s Mental Health and Medical Department utilizes a trauma-informed, multi-systemic approach to provide children and families with quality medical and mental health services.
Residential Treatment Center
The Residential Treatment Center (RTC), located on our Wading River campus, serves children from Nassau and Suffolk counties as well as youth who are referred through the New York City Committees on Special Education.
Preparing Youth for Adulthood
Little Flower aims to level the playing field for foster youth by providing them with vital skills and opportunities for success.The Preparing Youth for Adulthood (PYA) program develops valuable life skills.

For more than 40 years, Little Flower has been committed to providing quality residential and community inclusion services and treating individuals with respect and dignity.
Family Enrichment Center
Little Flower was one of nine service providers chosen to facilitate the opening and maintenance of a Family Enrichment Center (FEC), in partnership with the Administration for Children's Services (ACS).
