Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York is a not-for-profit charity serving children, families, and individuals with developmental disabilities across New York City and Long Island. Our staff of over 600 people provide caring and professional services to nearly 2,000 people every year.
Little Flower staff, residents, and the Wading River community will come together to mark the beginning of the holiday season with our annual tree lighting! Join us for an evening of wonderment and holiday cheer!
Families interested in foster care and adoption are welcome to attend this orientation, which will provide information related to the various levels of the foster care system, the Therapeutic Fostering Boarding Home (TFBH) Program and what sets our program apart from those offered through other local organizations. Additionally, we will cover the process of becoming a foster parent with Little Flower, and attendees will be provided with applications if they wish to continue to move forward.
The orientation is geared toward families residing in Suffolk and Nassau County.
Little Flower came to me and completely changed my life. They brought me hope, helped me believe in myself, and willingly brought me a foster family I love.
