Corinne Hammons is a dynamic leader dedicated to transforming lives as the President and CEO of Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York. Focusing on implementing a strategic vision and mission-driven services for children, families, and developmentally disabled adults across New York City and Long Island, she ensures the organization’s long-term sustainability and effectiveness. Little Flower’s affiliate, St. John’s Residence for Boys, also thrives under her leadership.

Corinne’s expertise in strategic thinking, risk management, and crisis response has been instrumental in developing innovative programs that help families reach their full potential. She is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders, fostering career pathways, and driving organizational growth. Her collaborative spirit shines through her active participation with peer organizations, aiming to enhance leadership development and innovation.

Her influence extends to numerous boards, including St. John’s Residence for Boys, the Health and Welfare Council of Long Island, the Human Services Council, and Little Flower Union Free School District. Additionally, her board involvement includes the Catholic Federation of Social Services Agencies in Brooklyn and Queens, the IDD/CW Collaborative, AsOne Healthcare IPA, and the SCO Family of Services. As a mentor for the Strell Executive Leadership Program at Hunter College, Corinne continues to shape the future of human services leadership.

Corinne’s academic background includes an AB in Economics from Harvard University and a master’s degree in public administration from NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service. She is also a graduate of the Energeia Partnership, a regional stewardship program on Long Island. Her accolades include the Long Island Business News 40 Under 40 award, the Notable Women in Human Services Hall of Fame award, and recognition in City & State’s 2020 Responsible 100 and 2023 Above and Beyond: Gen X awards.
