Michelle Matics, MHA, CALA, CDP is an accomplished executive leader with 15 years experience in the nonprofit and healthcare sectors.
Michelle’s specialties are focused on providing equitable access to healthcare and social services to our most fragile, underprivileged populations ranging from HIV/AIDS, Latinx communities, geriatrics, and families facing housing, food insecurity, and domestic violence crisis.
Michelle has earned her bachelor’s degree with honors from Rutgers, the State University of NJ, and her Master’s degree with honors in Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall University. She also possesses post-graduate certifications from Rutgers, the State University of NJ in Non-Profit Executive Management, and Roberts Wesleyan College in Nursing Home Administration. Michelle is also a nationally certified Dementia Practitioner and a licensed Assisted Living Administrator.
In addition, Michelle has led workshops and trainings on Pandemic Management, Cultural Competency, and Older Adults Social Services.
